It is thankfully smaller than I was thinking it might be from the pictures. The finger indention grips in the picture give an illusion that it might be so big you need two hands, but I can manage it one handed very easily. It's also surprisingly lightweight and the design of the spinning mechanism is very unique, in my opinion making it far superior to any of the bulkier devices I've tried.
The "lens" or smaller end holds the vibrator, and it comes off by twisting counterclockwise. When removed it makes a perfectly usable stroker on its own, though it can not engage the vibration unless it is connected. Being able to flip it back and forth and enter either end feels great and is useful for edging.
